Internal workshops often struggle with low engagement and predictable thinking. For this Sanofi session, the challenge was to move beyond traditional ice breakers and immediately spark a high stakes creative mindset. We needed a way to break down corporate silos and force teams to collaborate under unconventional constraints to encourage true outside the box thinking.
Solution
We developed Sell Me This, an unconventional workshop game designed to stress test creativity. The activity forced teams into groups to sell nearly impossible situations, with their pitches dictated by specific tone cards such as inspiring or encouraging. This forced participants to think laterally and adapt their communication style on the fly, turning a standard ice breaker into a high energy exercise in creative problem solving and collaboration.
